14 days till Christmas...

...and 14 pounds 6 ounces! Ayla was in for her 6 month appointment today, and that was her weight. All is well, we have a busy, growing baby! Yesterday we took Ayla to cut down her first Christmas tree...she wore Jake's blaze orange hunters hat...pretty darn cute. Today we bought her one of those walker things where they sit in it and can use their legs to scoot around...she's pretty entertained by it right now. She also had her first bananas today-she loved it! Right now Jake is hanging the stockings over the doorway with care(we don't have a chimney) and our house smells all good and piney from the tree. We are both so happy that there is actually snow this year! We hope you all are enjoying the anticipation of the season...we hope to see some of you over the holidays. Much love to all.
