a quick update

Suddenly mister Zeke has a lot to say. He says uh-oh, cracker, all done. The sounds like "uh-oh" "nga-goo" and "Aah-duh" We also have been teaching him some signs. We got a late start on it, but he picks it up quick. He signs eat, more, all done, light and daddy.(he signs that for both Jake and I) He still is really good about playing on his own and just crawls around the house entertaining himself. He got this cool toy from his mana and papa for his birthday that he is convinced is not a toy, but a chair and he climbs in it and often gets stuck.

Ayla is a curious little one lately. She asks a lot of really good questions. It is truly difficult to believe she is going to be 4!

She is so tall and so much more daring than she used to be. She is energetic and always busy busy busy and talking talking talking. She rides her bike a lot, we spend hours and hours each week swinging, she likes to go down the slide feet first, face first, on her belly...
