Decorating

These pictures are from a couple week's back when we got our tree and decorated it and the house the next day. And since then it has been a cat and mouse game between Ruth and Ayla! Ayla LOVES all the decorations - on the tree, around the house, etc. Which means we'll find them scattered around the house in various locations - in drawers of tables, hanging on door knobs, on her book shelf in her room because she likes to decorate in her own way! Ruth puts them all back and then it all starts up again! And while Zeke is mobile (crawling) and interested, he can't quite reach any of the decorations yet. Except Ayla's toys on the floor. Which he then "rearranges" and Ayla puts back. I just sit back and watch the chaos. : )

The stairs/stocking pictures is Ayla's work. She grabbed them out of the bin and put them on the steps like that, then put a candy cane on each! And if you look carefully in the tree/lights picture you'll see Linus in the background behind Ayla on the tv (Charlie Brown Christmas!)
