Nature

A couple days after our pumpkin farm day we went out for a bit of another family fall day. Usually Ruth and I like to head to a place 1 1/2 hours away near Eagle, WI. There's an old farm ruin/trail we like to walk and a little diner we like to stop in. Due to some time constraints on the day we went, we decided to stay local this year and went out to a conservatory. It's actually down the street from Ruth's parents house and where she would run around as a kid. One of the things Ruth also did as a kid was go on outings like this with her family and take a "nature" bag where she and her sisters would put anything interesting they'd find in a little bag. This year, Ayla took her first nature bag! It was a nice couple hours walking around and then going to a park. It actually was a little warm, but cooler than the pumpkin day. Zeke snoozed for most of it....
